I would not think twice about hiring him at my own restaurants. Whatever he is getting paid - give him a raise. Guy is awesome.

The first time, our waitress said it was because of the salad order, which makes no sense. We’ve given this place multiple chances, but we’re done. From now on, we’ll make the extra drive to the Winchester, VA location, where the food is always served hot!
