  I hate coming here during the night…portions suck, service suck & the food taste weird. But shoutout to the day shift!!! always SO kind and polite. my bowls are ALWAYS good!!The one boy who is typically on the cashier w the curly hair, the sweetest! night shift get it together!!

  Lately they've gone very downhill. The kids who work there act like you've ruined their day by walking in the door. The quality of the food and the portions have plummeted and the place is constantly messy. They used to be good, not any more. If I were the manager here, I'd be utterly embarrassed

  Small portions would not let us add extras. The manager is very rude. He said if we didn’t like the way they run the place we could leave. Another time I asked the person working the register if I could buy bigger cups of the dressing she said yes. I texted my daughter to see how many she wanted. When I went back up to order the manger was there. He looked at me and said no you can not buy the dressing in the bigger cups. I tried asking him how I could buy it and he said. You can’t I’m not selling it to you so leave. This is at the Martinsburg location on Foxcroft Ave.

  I have been coming to chipotle for over 20 years and have never seen a floor staff as miserable, or portion sizes as skimpy as when the lengthy skinny manager with a scraggly beard is working. I would rather drive to Spring Mills, despite living in Martinsburg, and fight through 81 traffic then get skimped as hard by this manager. Chipotle is supposed to pride itself on quality food with quality portions. These poor floor staff are being forced by this guy to put lil drops of sauce and half scoops of all the portions. My burrito has been the size of a 12 fluid ounce can every time this guy has worked. I shant be going here anymore.

  If I could rate this place with ZERO stars I would! When we first moved to West Virginia two years ago we were thrilled that one of our favorite places (Chipotle) was so close to our home. At first everything was great but after awhile it was clear that they weren't as great as they once were. Rice was salty and overcooked, steak and chicken were tough, and the staff that once greeted us with smiles were replaced by negative, nasty individuals who had no problem with letting you know that they did not care about you or their job. In June I decided I was done with the inconsistency and poor customer service so I told my boyfriend if he wanted it (he goes three times a week at least) he'd have to go by himself. I stayed away until today when I decided to give them another chance......BAD CHOICE! Again everything about our $30 order was disgusting! I attempted to complain via App, online and instore and even hit that i wanted to speak with someone but still nothing! I am so disappointed in this location. I hope management steps up and rights all of the wrongs because I'm sure I'm not the only victim to the nonsense.
