- RLRon LongApr 19, 20261.0Stopped in for to treat myself to some ice cream. Waited at the order point for quite a while and whoever was on the other end was so disengaged. "What would you like?" I would like two scoops on a sugar cone, Butter Pecan and Strawberry Cheesecake." .... Long period of silence " What flavors would you like?" "Strawberry cheesecake and Butter Pecan".... Long period of silence "Anything else?" "No, that will be all." Long period of silence.... "That will be $5.07".....Silence I drive around to the window, and the young lady says "What did you have?" I repeated my order.. I hand her my card, she dashes away and comes back with this cone that I'm not sure what was on it (see pic). No effort put into making it look like any resemblance of an Ice cream cone. The top piece on the "scoop" was the top of the ice cream that had formed a film and tasted like the freezer. I don't even think there were two kids scoops on the cone... It was literally five bites and I was into the empty cone. This employee definitely needs training. No sure where the supervision was but it didn't seem there was any.

How is a Baskin-Robbins consistently out of ice cream, toppings and employees? That’s wild, but what really makes this place special is what they call customer service. They’ll gladly take your money, refuse refunds, ignore the phone when you call, and then give you attitude when they drop the ball and don’t have the items you want. At this point the freezer seems more decorative than functional, just like the manager. If the goal was to make customers regret stopping in, congratulations — flawless execution. 👏🏼👏🏼 Looking forward to the day this location finally closes so something that actually sells what it advertises can move in. P.S. Owner, word of advice-Do your job or quit.

The management team was very helpful and forthcoming and we greatly appreciate them! The cake itself was ready when we arrived and the finished product was absolutely gorgeous! We will be definitely be returning customers when the weather is a bit warmer!

Requested a refund at the window apparently they don’t do refunds in store I had to do it online. That was a joke! There’s no option to do it online. I called corporate no answer and called the local store no answer. Ended up disputing it with my bank. DO NOT order online. Better off going to Diary Queen around the corner. Do better!! 😒🙄

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
