We spilled a drink and she was wonderful in helping us clean up without making us feel like we were trouble.

When my wife asked for a spare bun they even asked if she would like it toasted, which for fast food is definitely going the extra mile for customer service. Better than most Arby’s. Adding to our roadtrip list of places to stop for a quick bite.
