    Staff was slow and had no energy. Eye contact with the customers was minimum, voices were soft and quite. Store was clean. One staff member was outside the store smoking before coming in to make sandwichs.

    A young man working at the store who was on break saw me coming toward the door on crutches and got to the door to open it and help me out. Hats off to him for that
