At 7:30 a.m. on a weekday, the McDonald's semi truck was backed in making a delivery, blocking the first drive thru lane. The line for the drive thru was literally backed up on Main Street. My mobile order was impossible to pick up in the drive thru, so I parked in a curbside spot. Then, that option wasn't available in the app. I walked in to the counter, the girl at the counter informed me she couldn't get me my order because she'd have to use the drive thru register. (I'm not sure why that is such a problem) So, I said,"fine, I'll just cancel the order". Using the app I couldn't do that because I was already at the location. I try to get in the drive thru line again and the city trash truck decided to block the 2nd drive thru lane to access the McDonald's dumpster! All of this happened between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. I guess the moral of the story is don't go there in the morning?
