It's a they think they are better than their customers and the managers need to address the problem before the offended shoppers take matters in their own hands and make them feel like they are doing others

- MMMeganJul 6, 20254.0Let me start by saying I never have problems INSIDE the store. I shop inside alot & I buy alot of food & drinks every month at Martins. My problem is when I stop to get gas ⛽️ Outside. I have had problems more than just Once with Harold who works there at the Gas Pumps. I pump my gas the SAME everywhere I go. No trouble anywhere but Here & ONLY when Harold is working. I talked to Customer Service last time he yelled at me while getting gas. But now Here we are AGAIN bcuz Harold ONCE AGAIN yelled at me yesterday while getting gas in front of my 2 Daughters, My Mother, & 2 people in a truck beside Us. I had hopes this would be taken care of the last time I talked to a Customer Service person about this issue. But here we are again. If somebody stops & Pays money to get Gas ⛽️....... they dont feel like having to deal with Harold yelling at them bcuz he dont like how they are pumping their gas. As long as nobody is damaging the gas pumps, he should not say Anything to anybody. I Fill my tank everytime I stop. But Next time I'll probably just go 500 feet over to 7-Eleven & get gas. So I'm not harassed & yelled at by Harold.
