  I would leave absolutely 0 if I could. Not sure if today was a bad day or what, but where do I begin. This is was my drive thru experience. Fries were soggy and did not taste great at all, they were cold. My drink was handed to me spilling out the top. The person in the drive thru did apologize and give napkins but it got all over my car. It was a mess. The shells of my mine taco salads tasted stale. Extremely disappointed. Horrible experience. I wont be back here for a while

  Eat lunch here many times and was satisfied but tried dinner several times and it’s terrible in comparison. I guess shift change..?? Old chicken, burnt chunks in my food off the grill. Really bad for dinner.

  BY FAR THE WORST TACOBELL IVE BEEN AT. ORDERED A BURRITO, FRIES, AND 2 DRINKS. TOOK THEM 20 MINS TO GET THE DRINKS THEN ANOTHER 25 FOR THE FOOD. THEN AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!! MY FOOD WAS COLD. NEVER COMING BACK. AND!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT MY FOOD WAS COLD.

  They need to hire night shift people that know how to treat people with respect instead of being rude and not correcting their mistakes, the old lady would rather call the police on you.🙄 I tried to go inside to order since the line was 15 cars long, but they closed the lobby over an hour early. So I waited in line for 30+ minutes, I should have double checked bc I already know, but I was in a hurry we just got back from a late softball game just trying to get my kids dinner so they could get home and in bed, we pull around and my daughter ordered a bean burrito with only cheese, they gave her a soft shell with cheese, no beans. I walk up to the front doors and the lady just stares and shakes her head at me and they laugh. So I said okay I'll walk through the drive through, there was a gentleman sitting in line at the window waiting for his food and he said come on up here, I very nicely explained to them that her food was incorrect and asked if they could please remake it, she said your not in a vehicle so you need to go back through the drive through. We just sat there 30 plus mins so at this point im pisseddddd. I said no there's no reason you can't remake it, she said im called the police if you dont leave and slammed the windows in my face. So I called the police also, they said apparently she calls weekly and is very rude. So I did NOT get my daughter food they told me I had to leave and go to another location if I wanted her burrito, THAT THEY MADE INCORRECTLY🤬

  Foods good, quite literally nothing else is. This establishment has the LONGEST wait times I've ever seen. People sitting in the drive thru for up to 50 minutes to get 12 dollars worth of food. Then when you get your food you have to make sure you check it before driving off because they're always missing something. I genuinely don't know what is going on in that kitchen.
