- JPJennifer PumphreyJan 4, 20262.0We have stopped here twice - months apart. Both times waited 20 minutes for a small order for 2 people. Both times the workers were oblivious to the wait and not very friendly either. Then the cola was flat and warm.

- DDDpNov 13, 20251.0Chicken sandwich was hard and dry. My wife’s been and cheddar was put together by seemingly a 2 year old. Been going to Arby’s forever, worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Fire the management and hire people who want to work.
- KKKaitlynNov 2, 20251.0Very disappointed I normally go to Weston Arby’s, but tonight I stopped in Jane Lew. Chicken sandwiches was cold, and they gave me a medium lemonade instead of a large they even up charged me. But the so called “large” is the same size as a medium. Very disappointing.
