  Food was cold. Service slow. Mostly ignored. Went to register to order a shake. Passed over. When finally ordered, it took literally 5 minutes or more to make the shake.

  We are regulars at the Inwood Mcdonalds in the mornings and are always served quickly. Ben at the window is always super friendly when giving us our orders. Best iced coffee!

  Food is good, Drive through needs to have a person you can understand and can understand your order. We have went there twice and had orders not what we ordered.

  It was VERY slow this evening although they were not overly busy. Did not have a specialty order either, just nuggets and fries. Usually they are quicker, but this evening was not good at all service wise.

  Check your bags and your food before you leave this location! I ordered a #2 breakfast (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), and when I opened it, half of the bottom bun was missing or broken off. It looked so bad I was honestly skeptical about the cleanliness of the kitchen or if they have a pest problem. I actually had to go back and tell the staff to give me a proper bottom bun. To top it off, they didn't even put napkins in the bag, and the communication at the intercom was terrible. They clearly couldn't hear me—maybe it’s time for better earpieces so customers don't have to repeat themselves constantly. As someone who believes in hard work and providing good service, I find it shameful to hand a customer food in that condition. Truly a horrible experience. Not naming the person but they should know within the staff who worked at what times and or date! February 18th 2026 at 4:35 AM
