- RRraeehoskinsApr 3, 20261.0this place is slow everytime. i placed a mobile order at 6:23 pm and waited until 7:17 pm. all i got was a cheeseburger and fries! It’s like this everytime. and never enough fries! It’s not like ALL five guys, they don’t do the mega amount of fries.

- PPPorterFeb 21, 20261.0Well i didnt want to leave a star review but i guess i have to innorder for my review to go through. I was completely turned off tonight with this place. I placed a timed pick up and they made it 15 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. Manager was not helpful at all so I canceled it. We did get there alot sooner than we thought so I called back in there and asked if they had canceled it already and she said yes and asked if I wanted to reorder, I said yes. Waited about 5 to 7 minutes went in and ordered a drink and told the young man I had a pick.up order as well nd he asked were my order was , manager said on table somewhere. I went to fill my cup with soda and 15 minutes later I still didnt have my food. It took 40 minutes for me to get my burgers and fries and to top it off my burgers had been sitting on the top shelf near the fries station the whole time. My burger was barely warm and my ketchup and mustard had shaped into my bun that's how long it had been sitting back there. They were busy but our stuff was done and ready sitting on a shelf. I will not be going back for awhile if at all.. 30.00 is too much when the food isnt all hot like it should be..

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
