  got our whole order wrong, wrong drinks and food waited 5-10 minutes for our food because they were talking and laughing with each other and charged extra

  I ordered the Cantina Chicken Bowl and it was delicious!! The Cantina Chicken wrap was equally delectable and great for eating on the move for lunch. Both were quickly and carefully prepared and full of flavor.

  Customer service is nearly non existent today, but that didn’t stop Aaron from providing great service. Drive thru was moving fast and service was provided from a friendly face for a change. It was really nice to have an exchange with Aaron, hopefully his leaders see this and help him progress himself, wherever he may want to go next.

  Heard a male man, assuming a district manager, yelling at his crew (one of them being my very good friends) and made them serve the contaminated food AFTER a fryer caught on fire, would not close the store, there were remnants of fire extinguisher stuff on the lines where FOOD is made. He made them serve people contaminated food, unsafe for consumption. A health inspector will be in this month in the area and I will be letting them know this! This taco bell treats is employees so awful! Shame on the district manager!! I'll be sure to contact Taco Bell Corporate and they will find security footage. Shame !!! Coming from someone who has a certificate on food safety management via ServSafe, this is highly unprofessional and unsafe!
