  I hadn't been to Jimmy John's in years and I couldn't remember why. For the price there are so many better options. It was an average sandwich for a higher than usual price. The service was fine and fast but the food was average at best!!

  It's not like me to review anything other than locally owned, but wow, they nailed it. The sub was perfect, and surprisingly delicious (never tried that pepper relish before, but it made it). The staff was super friendly and the younger dude that cashed me out should be a trainer if he isn't already. It's increasingly hard to in this world to feel appreciated as a customer, and that dude nailed it. I was in a grumpy mood, but he was patient, and kept up the smile and friendly engagement... by the time I was paying, I was smiling too. Well done! Wish I could remember his name. It was on 12/5/25 around 8:30pm-ish and I ordered a giant 9 and nothing else, if that helps.
