On top of that, the hand-tossed crust was paper-thin, more like a thin crust pizza than what was advertised. This was not a quality issue due to taste preference—it was simply not made to order. When customers pay extra for toppings and specific crust options, those expectations should be met. Given the multiple issues with this order, I am requesting a refund. I hope management reviews this feedback and ensures better quality control going forward.
