  We ordered delivery through door dash on 11/1/25. We got quite a few things. I opened up my 5-year old's tenders to take a bite, see how they tasted... I found it odd they were so cold... Well to my surprise the chicken was completely RAW! All 3 of his tenders were RAW! Completely pink!!! I'm so glad I took a bite before i handed it to my child, as that experience could have ruined chicken for him! My stomach was turned after that and I couldn't stomach eating more of my own wings for fear of contamination. Also my wings were poorly sauced and so hard to bite into, I feared for my teeth. The stuffed hashbrowns were also cold. Our friend (who likes bone in wings.) literally had the worst luck and had all 15 drums... Which I understand that's not really anyone's fault, but definitely with all the other things, didn't help. Overall terrible experience. No thank you. Never again. I wouldn't wish biting into a raw chicken breast on my worst enemy. Yuck.

  Just got home with a large order of wings and onion rings getting ready to Watch the Detroit Lions stomp on the Ravens for Monday Night Football. Everything was perfect and fresh! Much better than the Martinsburg location which always smells like a dirty mop bucket. Wish they had the eat in option with a bar and television to watch some football games.

  I understand this location hasn’t been open that long, but they need to figure some stuff out. Tonight is the third time that we’ve been shorted. It’s a weird problem because if the order was totally wrong, I could almost understand that. But instead we’re simply missing part of the order. Like we order 20 boneless wings in Orange Chicken and receive 12. We order a basket of wedges and receive the smaller order. Is someone like skimming wings and tots off the customers’ orders or something? And if it’s happening to me repeatedly, then it’s got to be happening for others too.
