  Was in this past week and manager Jess with black teeth was horrible. I asked her if I could add on to my order and she rolled her eyes at me. She then took my order and when done very smart said are you done. I then shut up because she is not worth arguing with. After me two guys came in she was flirting with them and they said they wanted to place order she asked what they needed then gave to them without even ringing it up. While going back to make food she didn’t was hands and was playing with her nose right and messing with wings. I’ll never go back because of her.

  I placed an order at around 6:25 and went to go pick it up at about 7. When I got there, I walked in and was greeted with a “we are closed, please get out.” I had spent nearly 30 dollars of my own money as well as 4,000 points on the app. I ordered two 20 piece barbecue wings. I was feeding my family after my son’s basketball game. I looked on the website and saw they close at 12 AM and then I went to the restaurant only to see a singular post-it note on the door written in highlighter pen that looks like a 5 year old wrote that read, “We close at 7”. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I also just happened to receive the most disgusting looks when I walked in, with one employee giving me the dirtiest and most demoralizing look. I was robbed of money, robbed of points, and robbed of my sanity when I realized I had to go home and cook dinner with no plans. I do not recommend going here in a pinch, heck don’t even recommend going here. Never ever again. I mean it.

  Ordered 150 wings for the super bowl. Chose the option to get the sauces on the wings NOT on the side. Also paid for ranch and blue cheese. I got there and they said they put the sauces on the side. (Even the dry rub) So that the wings didn't become soggy. That clearly didn't make sense especially since some of them were dry rubs. I get home and open all the sauces and there is no blue cheese or ranch that I paid extra for. I called and they said they can't refund the money for that. Overall really disappointed. I expected to be able to just set out the wings and have them ready to go. Not have to mix the wings in different sauces myself. Won't do an order from here again.

  Just picked up a $75 online order of boneless wings. None of the wings were tossed in sauce, had 20 containers of sauces on the side. Couldn’t tell what sauces were what. Asked for celery and dipping sauces and did not receive them. Called and asked why they were not tossed, and why we didn’t receive our dipping sauces and they stated they were not tossing wings today due to Super Bowl. They didn’t offer to make it right.

  I can't rate anything else because we thought we could make it out but our car got stuck in one small spot and couldn't make it to get our order. So I called to cancel and the lovely gentlemen told me he couldn't do that because they already made it and they would lose out on inventory and that was it with no apologetic tone. So have to get an escalation. Also got a notification our food got picked up, wonder who ate it. 🤔
