  I ordered from online an iced coffee, half dozen donuts and a plain un-toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on the side. When my order was delivered the first thing i noticed was I didn’t receive my donuts, I then went for my bagel to go toast. This is when I found the bagel I requested un-toasted and plain was in fact toasted with tons of cream cheese on it. I personally think they burn them when they toast them and then apply to much cream cheese which is why I order it the way I do. The fact that I spent of $23 for a $5 coffee and to have the rest of my order completely ruined or missing is insane. The staff here really need to take the time to read what the guest actually wants and then make sure that Everything is given to the guest or the driver picking it up. There are always a bunch of people working here but this is the slowest location to stop.

  I used to go here all the time, but now I'm not so sure anymore. I went there one morning with my girlfriend, there were no cars ahead of us. I politely ask for a second so we can look over the menu because she rarely goes to a Dunkin. I know what I want, at first the guy seems fine. She's taking a few seconds longer than usual and the guy asked in a very passive aggressive tone for our order. Two cars are behind us, and it's been less than a minute and he asks again in a ruder tone. Like.. I've worked in customer service and fast food. I get it, but we weren't taking that long and it kind of threw off our morning.

  Management seems to care more about appearance than actually serving customers. Customers are frequently ignored, both in the drive-through and in-store while waiting in line. The food is often messy, and employees come across as rude.

  This is the worst Dunkin ever! The wait is always long, the order is always wrong and they are rude. How do you DoorDash twice in one week and both times they send out the wrong order?

  This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to as far as service goes. The actual building is very nice and I received my food extremely quick; however, there is an extremely rude, arrogant, and abrasive employee that took my order. It’s important to note, I am a frequent customer of this location and have never had an issue with any of the employees until now. This employee goes by the name of “Doolie” from what I heard. He asked for my order two more times after I gave it to him at the register, and still managed to mess it up. I ordered a protein latte and was charged for it yet they were out of protein milk and this Doolie character seemed to be the only one who didn’t know. He proceeded to still charge me the near $7 drink price and I still received the wrong drink and without protein milk. After receiving my drink roughly 15-20 mins later, I sat down and continued to witness this Doolie guy harass and verbally assault (calling them sexual names, curse words, etc.) several female employees even after they asked him to stop. I am shocked any of these females feel safe working around this kid who clearly should not be in the food service business.
