And when we got our subs they only put about four slices of ham and two tomatoes and a bunch of lettuce I guess to hide what little ham and other stuff. I don’t think they should have someone fixing your sandwiches with long hair hanging all over.

I ordered two foot long subs the seafood sensation and a classic cold cut! When I arrived after my 30 minute wait to pick it up, I was informed that they were out of both subs! I asked if they had my number on my order and the reply was yes! Wouldn’t you think it important to call the customer and explain that they are out of items and also ask if they would like anything else to replace the items.plus the kids working at this location was more worried about having a conversation with their friends who was all standing around inside the store. I understand that it is mostly kids working at these locations but..... I also worked at subway as a young person and was always sure to take extra care of customers! I have worked in the industry for over 20 years and feel this is a problem that should be addressed! Since I live in a rural area we don’t have many options for take out and now it would be for me to drive 30 minutes to place another order or just go home and cook at 8:30 at night! Cook at home it is! After working all day I was looking forward to sitting down and enjoying something different to eat, guess I was wrong.
