    We placed an online order. Two 6 piece combos, one 8, one 10. My wife went to go pick up the order at the time the app said it was ready but still had to wait 20+ minutes extra. The staff was rude and handing out wrong items not only my wife, but the other customers in the store. Once we got home and opened the boxes, all the 8 and 10 piece combos were both short 3 wings. None of the flavors were accurate. This included my 7 year old daughter eating a very spicy wing. The only redeeming quality of our meal was the fries, which were fantastic.

    I bought my son a 50.00 dollar gift card from here and the workers doesn’t know how to use the gift card. They handed it back to my son and said “sorry we don’t know how to run the gift card through our register” The workers do not know how to do anything at this place!

    I really enjoy the taste of wingstop, the taste of the food we ordered was great. But I knew going into this that there would be issues, however I was still somehow in disbelief at how behind this place is after months of operation. Waiting almost an hour for an order that was placed online at 3pm for a 5:30pm pickup is bad customer service. Forgetting items after that long of a wait is also bad customer service. Not to mention the general tone of employees there. Really not wanting to waste my time until they get it together. I don’t care if it’s franchise owned, someone has to do something about it ya’ll. Where’s your regional manager?

    I placed a pick up order with a wait time of 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark I go in and give them my name.(first and last) An older lady hands me a bag, and asks for my confirmation number. She said everything was correct, and that was my order. I asked her if she was sure because I placed a pretty large order and she was kind of snappy and said yes! I walk outside open the bag and it is indeed not my order. We had the same first name but a very different last name.. I go inside and tell who I think is the manager and they said that they would fix it for me right away. He takes the food. A few moments later he comes back, hands me one bag of food again. I told him I don't think that's everything. Since I placed a pretty large order. He hands me a copy of the receipt and says, this is everything you order. And again, it was not my order. It was the order I just returned!!! I said this is not me! He said he had to find my order in the computer, when it was on the screen behind him, visible for me to see as well. He printed out my receipt and said he would make it fresh for me right away. A few moments later, I got the food. I live not even fifteen minutes away. when I got home it was not fresh.. nothing was hot, the frys were soggy. This was not cheap and its a bummer. They also did not give me carrots and celery that came with my order. I was looking forward for those!!

    We won’t be back. We knew they were new and struggling to keep up with orders so we tried to order online ahead. They currently aren’t taking online orders. No worries had some errands to run so went in-store to order and showed them the deal and they refused to honor the price - “we don’t do this in-store” with the deal stating dine-in or carry out with only higher pricing in Alaska and Hawaii (photo posted). 30 wings were $42 in-store and since we already had planned a dinner we ended up just paying the extra price and then was told that it came with fries and veggies. Ok no big deal we ordered a large side of ranch not realizing they were selling us a combo meal that came with 3 sides of ranch. When food was picked up we advised that we didn’t realize the combo platter cam with ranch (they never offered that information up at the counter after we asked for an order of large ranch) and no worries we will just refund the $5-6 of ranch since it already came on the platter. We at that point were told nothing could be done because it has already been made. We will not be back to this location. Should have read all the reviews ahead of time. We are 10-15 minutes away from this location. We were expecting $30+$5 for ranch and ended up out the door at $50. Straight up false advertisement and poor management.
