  Ordered pick up in store through app @11:00 am on April 9th. Arrived to an extremely rude lady at the door who put up a hand written note that was barely visable advising the lobby was closed. Instead of simply stating the lobby was not open she was unnecessarily rude. Ended up going through the drive through and they brought the food out to the car. Food quality was very sub-par for panera. Tasted like the bread was old and microwaved. Very disappointed in Panera.

  Traveling through the area. We ordered from the app. Went to go inside and was stopped at the door by an employee who proceeded to scream at me saying the lobby was closed. I told her I was picking up my food and she said go through the drive thru. Nothing in the app said the lobby was closed. We got our food and it looked and tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave. Very disappointed especially in the service and also the food.

  The soup wouldn't "be ready" for an hour at 5pm and the manager offered no apology.

  This is the slowest Panera I've ever been to. I ordered ahead on the app and it still took me 30 minutes to receive my entree. I would have never waited if I hadn't paid ahead. I could've bought the ingredients and made it myself at home quicker.
