    After a long wait and ordering…. I paid to upgrade my fries to a large Voodoo Fry and the portion I received was smaller than a small. Definitely not what I paid for. If I’m spending extra for a large, I expect an actual large portion. On top of that, my chicken tenders were hard and barely tossed in sauce. They tasted overcooked and dry. The overall quality just wasn’t there this time. I’ve had better experiences before, but this visit was disappointing. If customers are paying for upgrades, the portions and food quality should match what’s advertised.

    I will never attempt to eat hear again! I love Wingstop, and purchase it each time I visit Columbus, Ohio but this place is terrible! First, we went online to order as the drive is 45 minutes from home. The website it trash, so we called. Started the call while passing Huntington Mall, and it continued ringing until we reach Teays Valley. Place was VERY crowded and I now know why. When I finally got to place my order, they said 40 minute wait. Again, I love Wingstop and was willing to wait. At 40 minutes, went in to get my order and it was not ready. A board tells you where your order is in the process and said mine was ready but it was not. I came back 10 minutes later and there were approximate 10 folks waiting at pick up area. I asked if they were waiting on food, they said yes, but no one will wait on them. At that point, I got attention of girl working register and asked if mine was ready. She said she didn't have time to look and would be right with me. I said no, I have waited nearly an hour. She finally went to look for mine, found it, and gave it to me. When I got to my car and set the bag down, grease or butter covered the bottom of bag and I was lucky it hadn't fallen through. Plus, my Cajun corn was missing. I re-entered the store, showed the bag and asked for another bag and my missing corn! Never will I order from here again!

    I placed my order for a 40pc mix and match on the 5th of February to be picked up today at 4pm. Now I knew it was going to be crazy there. Not only were they a new restaurant in the area but it is Superbowl Sunday. As I arrived there at 3:45pm to check in the restaurant was wall to wall people waiting for their orders. A Door Dasher was becoming irate with the staff, he was cussing and was acting aggressive towards them. He was asked to leave, escorted out and was banned to return. After it had calmed down a moment. I asked when I could expect my order. They informed me that I was looking at a 45 minute delay. Not too bad considering. I received my order at 4:40 pm and promptly left. I'm really not a fan of crowded spaces. Below are a picture of Wingstop wings from my order with some carrots and some blue cheese dressing. The other picture is of my wings I normally make. I really enjoyed the flavors of the Spicy Korean q and the mango habanero sauce. But the wings were small, not juicy, and were rather hard. I don't think I'll buy wings there again. If I can buy their sauces, I definitely would do that. Thank you to the staff for doing a great job while being so swamped.

    It’s 6:45 PM on a Sunday, the absolute height of dinner rush, and this joke of a location is refusing to take orders. I walked in and was greeted with pure hostility by a staff member who clearly hates her job and has zero interest in actually working. Being told a restaurant 'isn't taking orders' during business hours is a pathetic display of management failure and pure laziness. If you can't handle the basic function of a Wingstop, just shut the lights off and stop wasting everyone’s gas and time. Absolute bottom-tier service and a total embarrassment to the brand.

    Like many other reviewers, I placed an online order at 2PM for 5PM pickup. I arrived at 5PM to a slammed packed restaurant filled with people waiting for orders. I waited and waited and waited and at 6:45, 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS after my pickup time my name was finally called. Annoyed, I quickly grabbed my order and drove home. Upon arriving home and unpacking the order I was given none of ranch or blue cheese I ordered, which was supposed to be 8 cups; the cherry on top to a truly terrible experience! This is quite literally the worst first impression of a restaurant I have ever experienced, will likely never return; especially with the BW3 opening down the street.
