Even though the app said not available after 2pm, the employee at Panera insisted on making a fresh pot, telling me she'd put it out and it would sell when I was going to get tea instead to avoid wasting product. I'll never understand why businesses don't want to serve decaf later in the day. Some people can't have caffeine due to heart or stomach conditions, or insomnia, but we still love the taste of coffee. Every time I'm here I get the best service from ALL the employees. I really do love visiting here. Thanks again!
