I told the fella they were too melty when he handed them to me and he basically said that’s tough. I would have been embarrassed to serve them to customers. Seriously. They were melted because they sat there while he figured out how to change the chocolate bin. Don’t bother with the gee you’ll have to give us another chance automatic answer. Teach them about customer service. Added Note After DQ Response : see, they still gave me the auto-answer which means they don't actually read these nor actually want to do anything about it.

The food was perfect and everything that I ordered was exactly as ordered. The ice cream items were great and the moolatte was the best I have ever had (and I've had them a lot!). Hats off to the lunch time staff at the Hurricane DQ!!
