It’s not just basic customer service. She actually makes you feel noticed and appreciated. She remembers little details, keeps a great attitude even when it’s busy, and always has a genuine smile that honestly makes my day better. In a world where good customer service is getting harder to find, Karis is the kind of employee every business should hope to have. She goes above and beyond without even trying. It just comes naturally to her. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

No matter if its two weeks apart that I visit or 2 months apart - the experience is the same. A lot of people would agree.
