  Recently opened store with hit or miss food quality and accuracy. The employees are incredibly nice, and the service is always very quick. I am really happy they opened a Dunkin' in Teays Valley, as the other Hurricane location isn't the best. For the miss part, I have visited this new location several times now, and they really need to fix the quality of the lemonade. It tastes like water. I am not sure if they aren't using enough mix or something, but it is not great. Also, the Coolatta quality has been on and off. They also never add whipped cream, even though I always ask. I have also received the wrong bagel style a few times, and I think they could add more icing to their donuts. Overall, they are very nice, and most of the time the food is quite good. But they definitely have some things that could be improved.

  This was a real disappointment. There were less than 10 varieties of donuts in the case. I selected two to go. About an hour after my purchase, I bit into the first donut and there is no way that donut was made today and was likely 2 to 3 days old. My second donut was not any better. Dunkin seems to be more interested in coffee drinks than quality donuts. Also, there were three people working and only one waiting on customers. Service took nearly 10 minutes with only 2 customers in the store.
