One order was the chicken wrap which the tortilla was stale and hard and the chicken barley had any sause on it along with it being dry. Additionally not chopping up the tomatoes. Just overall I'm not happy and I was really looking forward to it. The second order was the All American Burger and it was seasoned with way too much salt and pepper that I couldn't eat more than 3 bites. ☹️. Now the onion rings were on point 😋.

- DADustin AdkinsMar 26, 20261.0I ordered a bottle of Nashville Hot which they only gave me a side cup of it when I called they offered more side cups I said that’s not what I ordered so Whitney said she’d take my name down and I’d have a credit for it next time. Called to place an order with Isaac and after speaking to this guy who should never be a manager I will never be back here again! Horrible customer service! He refused my credit and only offered me more side cups of the Nashville Hot which is not what I wanted or ordered. You shouldn’t have to pay for something you did not order and be forced to take something else which you did not order. I will never be back here again all over a $5.99 bottle of Nashville Hot. I did file a complaint with Buffalo Wild Wings as well and am waiting to hear back from them which will determine if I ever go back to any Buffalo Wild Wings which honestly wouldn’t be a huge loss…plenty of other options!
