I stopped by this location on 4/3 around 6 pm with a friend. When we walked in, there was an older gentleman ahead of us in line asking for a $4 meal (literally posted on the front door) and was treated with so much disrespect when they explained the differences in the deals. First of all, the lady at the counter didn’t even try explaining to him the options he had/ acted very annoyed with him and immediately grabbed a manager (who might I add, was very rude and obnoxious straight off the bat) to basically talk to him like he is two years old and embarrass him in front of the lobby of customers. While the man was paying she was making faces at him and looking at my friend and I rolling her eyes to simply just brush him off and make him look stupid. The manager then begins to start bringing other employees from the kitchen who were in the middle of cooking to come up front and started pointing the man out and talking bad about him. He was maybe 6 feet away getting his drink ready so I know he had to of heard them. I ate in and the whole time, even sitting in the very back of the restaurant, I could hear this obnoxious lady hollering and talking badly about every annoying customer they’ve dealt with that day to other employees. The manager and another employee who had just came on shift were literally in the lobby talking back and forth using extremely belligerent and inappropriate language for all of the customers to hear. After the encounter, I told the girl at the counter that I was very displeased with this service and that it was extremely disrespectful to treat that man like that, the girl just stared at me and said nothing. Great customer service, right? I asked for the managers name and she said she (somehow) didnt know it. Now, yes this is a Wendy’s. Do we expect much? No. But this was something I felt the need to write about on here because I found this very unnecessary and honestly, just mean girl bully energy!!! Why does the manager think she is above an elderly customer just because he’s forgetful or moves a little slower? Do better.

I am writing to share feedback about my visit to your restaurant today at around 11:00 AM. I normally enjoy Wendy’s food, especially the chicken, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
The fries tasted as if they had been cooked the night before—old, stale, and not fresh at all. The chicken also had a very unusual and unpleasant taste, completely unlike what I am used to from Wendy’s. It tasted off, and it was bad enough that I could not finish my meal.
I usually have great experiences at Wendy’s, which is why this visit stood out so much. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and consistency of the food being served.

Visit all around badDid an online order for 3 Biggie Bag Meals for drive thru. Pull up to speaker. Lady asks for my order. Sounds annoyed. Get home. Instead of 3 double stacks 3 fries & 3 nuggets I got an order of tenders & a baked potato. Called restaurant. Maybe it was difficulty on my part of understanding but lady on the phone also sounded annoyed asking me what I want to do with food. I said I wanted to come pick up the correct order. I pull up to window. I get handed another order of the drinks that was ordered. I ask can I get ONE extra dipping sauce. Lady tells me she can't do that. That she isn't even suppose to give me new drinks. Excuse me but fresh drinks so they aren't watered down by time I get done running back & forth to pick up the correct order should be automatic. And for the trouble I went through the least that could have been done was to give me ONE extra 50¢ dipping sauce. Should have been throwing in some Frosties. On top of it the fries were lukewarm to boot. All around unpleasant experience that disappointed me with this location. Left plenty to be desired.
