  Just want through the drive thru. When I got to the window after I paid I was told to pull up and it would be brought out. They didnt give any drinks up front. Waited 13 minutes for them to bring the food out. Burgers were made wrong and were cold. Fries were cold. Bread was stale like it had been sitting out. No straws. Ice machine was broken.

  Cashier and manager could not ring up order with mobile offer correctly. Then the manager wanted to rering the transaction but only refund $17 when the bill was $22. So I was still going to lose the $5 that should have been part of the module deal. Rude. Did not offer any solution except for me to still lose $5 when the spicy chicken nuggets should have been $1.99. And I love Wendy’s French fries and they were stone cold. And a side note….the drink machine can only do plain coke, not any of the flavors. The food and fries may be cold because they never told us it was ready, we had to ask for it. Huntington, WV needs to figure out how to scan the mobile app and work on customer service.

  Ordered burgers and it was so cold, under cooked, soggy bun on top, n stale bottom bun. I don't recommend eating here. If you want food like this n risk getting sick, have at it. You guys need to get better at your jobs

  My order was a total of $17 and some change. It included the son of baconator. That’s a $6 burger. Anyway, they gave me only one small slice of meat on it. I went back through and asked, they said it only comes with one. I checked online, it does come with 2.
