- ASAnne S3 days ago5.0So, I recently ordered catering for a massive office event over the phone, and seriously, I cannot recommend this service enough. The person I spoke with? Pure gold. I'm talking saint level patience. My order was a nightmare of food for multiple people with champagne taste on a beer budget. Of course they kept changing their minds on the appetizers, all while blaring the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack in the background. Holy sensory overload, Batman. Through all that chaos, the rep stayed completely calm, cheerful, and knew her stuff. She laid out all the options, gave me suggestions which were a huge hit, and double-checked every single detail. She took a typically stressful mess and made it totally easy. Seriously, I’d recommend them not just because the food was great, but because their staff didn't hang up on me. That's exceptional customer service right there. So, thanks so much to Cassandra, and I hope you enjoyed a well-deserved vacation following that debacle! Or at least I hope you have a nice soft pillow to scream into after phone calls like mine.
