  Happy with Jimmy John's there is nothing staff could do as it was not possible to toast my sandwich but def disappointed corp need to find away to allow anything to be toasted as this particular sandwich was for my toddler but I totally get if u can't toast it u can't toast it.

  Food was delicious as always and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't give out perfect scores, people tend to look over them, sorry, not sorry.

  Called order in. Said half hour went in in 45 min they never even made it. Finally got food got home nothing about my order was right. Totally wrong on lettuce and stuff, was not toasted, bread was ice cold like it was frozen.. the staff was very unprofessional...
