  They food was very good,what there is of it! Looks like they had gotten their chicken when they were babies!!! The wings have totally gotten half the size they used to be, there's not atmosphere there, and looks like children are running the place,I don't have an issue with children working because they should learn responsibility since it seems that what I have learned by renting an running an apartment build since 1975 for college students that the generations have gotten worse,spoiled rotten, and LAZY which in return is going to ruin our economy!! Along with our President!!

  I absolutely love the food here, and whenever I messed up my mobile order the lady was very nice and helpful. But when I got my food and I was going home I stopped in the alley in the only Shadow there was (by the dumpster sadly) so that I can see my phone screen so I can pull up my book on audible so that I can listen to it on my walk back home. There was a little girl smoking with the door wide open so that all of her cigarette smoke was going right back into the kitchen, she saw me standing there doing something on my phone and have the nerve to go in there until the manager that I was digging through the dumpster, and they had the nerve to send someone out and rudely tell me that I can't dig through the dumpster because there's raw chicken in there, I said I never even touched the dumpster and that girl knew it. I'm afraid to even call and complain because if they're willing to treat me like this 5 minutes after I spend over $50 it's hard telling what they'll do to my food for complaining. I'm sorry but I was in my work uniform and didn't even look homeless. The way they are told to treat people is utterly disgusting, and I have called corporate and filed an anonymous complaint so that I know that little girl or manager won't do anything to my food if I get food from there again.

  Terrible experience and the poor workers clearly had terrible management and support. Called in order at 6:35, told 25 minutes for pickup time, arrived and paid by 6:53, didn't get my food until 8:04 (with that much time I could check it on my phone)... insane to have to sit at a specialty "togo" store for over an hour beyond the pickup time. Go somewhere else.

  Ordered bone in and boneless wings, cheese burger and fries everything was dry and cold the bone in wings the actual bone was even cold called the store the only resolve was to drive back for food to be remade not even an apology will not be returning terrible food terrible customer service. Also upon entering the restaurant to pick up my order I was not even acknowledged until I said something everyone was busy standing around talking amongst themselves.
