We had a decent sized order. It was ready on time. It was correct. It all tasted great. Worker working was awesome. Polite, professional and helpful. This was our first time getting an order here and we came away happy. Admittedly I was worried after reading some of these reviews but our experience was perfect. We will order again for sure!

Good food. Slow service despite having "go" in the title. Bland room with drywall painted to look like brick. Placed my order around 8:45pm and as of writing this it's 9:31pm. The app said my food would be ready at 9:20pm. 10 minutes late for some reheated wings and a cheeseburger. Absolutely pitiful and shameful.

I’m pretty sure they are not using the correct spec of chicken wing. BWW uses a jumbo wing and this places wings are half the size of other BWW locations. They have no idea how to run a restaurant and I don’t think it will be lasting very long.

The app wasn’t working, so we had to place our order over the phone. The employee read our order back to us twice correctly, but when we arrived, we were charged for an item $10 more and received said item in place of an item that we ordered. On top of that, when we went in, we were charged about $20 more than the online prices, which is unreasonable. We also didn’t receive the items that were read back to us or our drinks, yet were still charged for everything. Overall, very frustrating experience. We ended up being charged almost $50 for three items and it was so bad that we gave our food go our coworker (who will eat anything mind you) and he ended up throwing half of it out.
