- KKKara5 days ago1.0This Dunkin’ sucks. The coffee is always not made right for years. It was good the first couple of years that it was open. Then it changed. The quality of staff went down and the coffee has never been good since. They don’t care what they hand you out that window. Anyone could look at the drink and see that it’s not made right. I try it about once a year to see if it’s gotten any better and always regret it.

I was not greeted when I came in, except for someone yelling “there’s someone out front.” The girl who came up was less than enthusiastic about taking my order. When I asked about what was in one of the coffees, she sighed and looked it up on the computer. Never once recommending anything or asking what I was looking for. Also, while I was waiting on my order, there was another worker standing at the drive thru eating, what I guess was her breakfast. The food was delicious, and the coffee too, but would not recommend eating inside. It’s very disappointing.
