We had a to-go (take out) order and it was taken by someone else (not the stores fault) but the workers were very rude when they had to re-make our takeout order. I guess they could’ve just refunded our money and we would’ve went elsewhere. But it wasn’t our fault that someone else had picked up our food from the shelf. The names are big enough on the bag that the person who grabbed it should’ve known it wasn’t theirs. (Again that’s not the workers fault but their attitudes need to be better.) *I never leave reviews but felt the need to given the situation of our food getting taken and them being rude about remaking it.*

On this ten day trip we ate at 3 Chipotles in three states and this was the freshest and most delicious by far. The employees were also kind and helpful. What a gem!!!

I usually order a burrito bowl when I visit Chipotle and have only had this recurring issue at this specific location with one specific employee. So basically She puts half the portion size that you are supposed to get in the bowl. It's gotten to the point when I go that I automatically ask her for extra rice and beans just to get a normal portion size. Still short on the queso and barbacoa. It's to the point I want to just asking for someone else to prepare my food. I tried to call the location and got rerouted to who knows what country.... 20 mins later I got a coupon for another burrito bowl but was the issue really resolved? I guess I will give them one more change with my coupon to see if they can do it right this time.
