  Always a busy resturant with somewhat of a wait. Oh yeah, they charge for your favorite condiments, barbecue sauce and the like.

  I made a mobile order for a Big Mac with my rewards. I pulled up only to Amanda, the apparent manager glaring at my daughter and I and loudly expressing our order had been cancelled. The receipt I was given was apparently for a quarter pounder, I didn’t look because I was driving up to the window. Not my error or problem. I was not the one working the drive thru. Amanda had a loud mouth and made quite the scene over having to fetch the Big Mac. She was rude, unprofessional, and acted completely miserable to not only me and my daughter, but to the other staff as well. I had words to say because I’m tired of people like Amanda acting like they’re entitled to behave in such a crappy way with no recourse for their loud mouth actions. That behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. I would suggest removing her from the position or coaching the team on how to behave to one another and to customers. I do not and will not put up with nonsense from Amanda or anyone else. Not to mention how many times the food we’ve gotten has been cold and the fries have been under cooked and items missing that I pay for. Kindness goes a long way and this McDonalds needs so much work. If you’re that miserable at your job go to college or find something else. Poor management style and approach. The owner must not be any better by the constant issues that seem to arise at this establishment. Prejudice and entitled behaviour seems to be acceptable around these parts, but it isn’t in my world and I don’t tolerate nonsense. Do and Be better!

  well upon arrival lastnight i ordered a big mag meal with large fries and a dr pepper they told us to pull up at the curbside pick up to wait for our food. well we waited 45+ min for a drive thru order and our orders was HORRENDOUS. also, mind you not why are we cleaning and closing the store at 6pm? why aren’t we doing our jobs right and just smoking every 3 min when you have someone come through? poor service and very very bad workers. won’t be coming back till you guys do better.
