  I travel here frequently from Weirton because this is the best McDs around in my opinion! Im addicted to the spicy chicken sandwiches and they never disappoint here. Ive always encounter nice and clean workers here which is a huge plus.

  I travel over two towns away just for this particular McDonalds. Food is always on point. Rarely messes up my order. Staff are generally eager to assist me, and order fulfillment prompt. I appreciate how this place runs. Very pleased!

  Monday March 30th 2026, I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one. I stopped at this McDonald’s this morning to grab breakfast for my son before school,something he looks forward to and considers a special treat. What should have been a quick, positive start to our day turned into a really disappointing interaction with the shift manager. I asked for a small water at the drive-thru because I forgot to order the orange juice he usually gets. Instead of just handling a simple request, she immediately caught an attitude,huffy tone, eye rolling, the whole thing, like asking for a cup of water was somehow a major inconvenience. But it didn’t stop there. She left the drive-thru window open and, loud enough for me to hear, complained about having to make a mocha frappe while “this lady at the drive-thru wants a water.” At that point, it wasn’t just rude, it was outright disrespectful. What makes this even more disappointing? She’s actually my neighbor. Living in Follansbee, I always thought we had a small-town, close-knit kind of community where people treat each other with basic kindness and respect. Apparently, that doesn’t carry over once she’s on the clock. It’s not about the water, it’s about how people are treated. No customer should feel talked about, dismissed, or like they’re a burden for asking for something simple. The rest of the staff has always been great, which is why this stood out so much. But if someone in a management position is acting like this, it reflects poorly on the entire place. Do better

  I placed a mobile order. Went to the speaker and told the male cashier and provided my code. He asked me if I wanted my receipt and I told him no thank you. He told me to go to the second window. I was in between the first and second window and heard someone yelling. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw the cashier hanging out the window, flailing her arms around asking me if I was going to pay for my order. I told her that I already paid. Her response was, “My next order is a senior coffee.” I told her that I paid and gave the code again. She shut the window and didn’t have anything else to say. I immediately reported her to corporate due to her disgusting, trashy and accusatory behavior. It had been one week and still haven’t received a call from management. I frequented this restaurant and haven’t been back since. I can see why these people act the way they do if management can’t even address concerns such as this. Not mention I waited 14 minutes in line for a drink, ice cream and small fry. 14 minutes. It’s pretty pathetic that management doesn’t even care to rectify the situation. Terrible way to run business. Not to mention the awful behavior from an employee. Everyone in the line was looking at me like I bypassed the window without payment because of they way she presented. I won’t ever be going back to this establishment. If you want awful, rude customer service…go here.
