  Stopped at this location 4/12/26 , on our way home to New York. Lillith was our cashier and was absolutely one of the nicest people to take our order. She was friendly, quick, helpful, polite and professional . She suggested we take a seat and said she would bring it over as soon as it was done. Very considerate.

  Update: I tried using the link included in Arby's (owner) response and after filling everything out with details and photo, it gave me an error code. After multiple repeated tries, I'm posting a screenshot of the request code on here. We were going to eat here, but not having a safe entrance made us leave. If you can't be bothered to clear the main entrance for customers, then you apparently you don't want any customers either. After attempting the very icy entrance, we left. It's ridiculous that not one single employee or manager could be bothered to shovel the walkway and entrance. This place is not very senior friendly as we see it.

  Food was correct and hot/fresh, worker at the drive thru windows was courteous.

  Their food seems to have less flavor when compared to, maybe, 20 years ago or so. They're quite pricey these days too, even before the pandemic.
