After getting my food almost twenty minutes later I noticed a hair in my bagel that was most likely from somebodies nose or lip. Absolutely disgusting. As if one hair wasn’t enough I found another hair in my loaded hash browns. This place is abysmal, anybody in the area I would highly recommend taking your business to the one off Edwin Miller Boulevard.

Last I recall you have to add matcha to things. Every time at this location they always get the order wrong. I don’t care if the people are new. It’s just following directions. I shouldn’t have issues every single time

One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.

I got hot MINT tea with MILK and CREAM and my husband received ZERO sugar in his coffee. I didn’t think our order was so difficult but clearly it was. I do not care for mint at all so I’m stuck with it taking up space in my cup holder for the next 7 hours of our trip. Hubby has to drink his coffee to stay awake but it’s obviously not what he ordered. It just is ridiculous that we can’t even get a simple order of hot tea and coffee. Oh and there’s tea floating all in it and it’s green but I’m not sure if it’s getting picked up in my picture.
