    I don’t understand how hard it is to make an iced chai latte. Wife orders one. We pick it up and it’s green. Clearly has matcha in it. Last I recall you have to add matcha to things. Every time at this location they always get the order wrong. I don’t care if the people are new. It’s just following directions. I shouldn’t have issues every single time

    This location is better than any other nearby Dunkin but that’s sadly not saying too much. High quality food and beverage but very slow and somewhat unpleasant staff. One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.

    I ordered a hot tea with sugar and cream. My husband ordered hot coffee with 6 sugars and 6 creams. I got hot MINT tea with MILK and CREAM and my husband received ZERO sugar in his coffee. I didn’t think our order was so difficult but clearly it was. I do not care for mint at all so I’m stuck with it taking up space in my cup holder for the next 7 hours of our trip. Hubby has to drink his coffee to stay awake but it’s obviously not what he ordered. It just is ridiculous that we can’t even get a simple order of hot tea and coffee. Oh and there’s tea floating all in it and it’s green but I’m not sure if it’s getting picked up in my picture.
