I used to frequent this place. Recently the wait has been getting longer and longer for even simple items. My boyfriend and I went today and placed a mobile order so we did not have to wait so long. We had a decent sized order so I did expect some wait. When we got there ( 10-15 mins after submitting the mobile order ) we let them know we had a pick up and needed extra napkins ( my allergies were driving me nuts. ) They said they could definitely provide extra napkins and to pull forward. After waiting another ten minutes with only two people ahead of us ordering single coffees we finally get to the window where they give us our two coffees. They were a little luke warm but tasty enough. We sit there at the window for another 7-8 minutes watching them just then making our breakfast sandwiches. It has now been 25+ minutes and they hadn’t made half of our mobile order food yet. They ask us to go and park as they go make the rest of our food. We sit and wait for another five minutes when the guy comes out and apologizes and hands us our food. Our sandwiches ( which we saw him making in the back in the line ) were warm and tasty however the rest of our food was cold and the loaded hash browns did not even take up half the cardboard container they were in and were extremely cold. I dig in the back because I need the napkins and am actively dripping snot ( I know TMI ) and they put absolutely NONE. I am not sure what is happening in this Dunkin but something needs to change before we go back there again.

Another Dunkin’ Donuts epic fail! I waited in line for over 10 minutes just for my order to be completely wrong. I ordered two of the exact same drinks, yet one tasted right while the other tasted nothing like it should have.
When I told the cashier the drink was wrong, instead of remaking it, she took the same drink and handed it right back to me which is against health department regulations due to cross-contamination laws in Martinsburg, WV. That’s completely unacceptable and unsafe!
To make matters worse, I asked for the manager, and was told “Desire,” the manager, wasn’t even in. This location is just terrible rude, unprofessional, and careless about both customer service and food safety.
This Dunkin’ needs serious management attention and a visit from the health department. I’ll never return to this location again.West Virginia’s food service regulation (the Rule 64 CSR 17, effective April 1, 2023) incorporates the U.S. Food & Drug Administration’s 2013 Food Code by reference for food retail/restaurant operations. The rule states that foods must be obtained from approved sources, stored at safe temperatures, protected from contamination, and equipment cleaned and maintained. So for this Dunkin’ to hand back the same drink without remaking it is not just sloppy it’s unsafe.
I ordered a sausage and bacon egg and cheese for my daughter and this is what she received..... Pics posted

Absolutely horrible experience. Last night, I visited this location with my sister and the wait was absolutely unacceptable. When we placed our order, we were the only customers in the building. A couple of two women later came in, and it took them around twenty minutes just to get a box of donuts. For my order, took ten minutes for a simple donut just sitting on a rack, and a refresher took around fifteen minutes. Keep in mind, they were not busy. The employee was just walking around the kitchen not working on anything, and he spent a concerning amount of time in the bathroom. Once coming out of the bathroom, and a few more minutes, he was unable to do something as simple as scooping out the ice cream for me and my sister, overall a very incompetent employee, who in my opinion, needs to be fired. After all of the wait, they didn't even have the flavor which I originally ordered. I replaced my order with strawberry cheesecake, a flavor that I usually enjoy, but the taste was strange. I assume due to freezer burn or expired ice cream. Do not come here!!!

Had the most insane experience here. I understand what this sign is getting at, though the wording was a little aggressive. I mobile ordered one single coffee and no food. The drive through line took forever, waited 25 mins and the line wasn’t even that long. Got to the speaker and a worker comes out saying they are closing the drive through, but we can come inside. I would have just left had I not ordered already. I went to pull around to the parking lot and ended up going past the drive through window, where a worker made eye contact with me and opened the window. I decided to politely ask about my mobile order, she gave me attitude and told me “like I said, you have to come inside.” I could literally see my coffee within her reach, but okay. Went inside to at least 15 people standing in front of the pickup area, at one point a worker spilled piping hot coffee on all the mobile order receipts which made things even more confusing. It took 40 minutes for me to get one single iced coffee. I’m new to this area and this was a very rare occasion that I didn’t have my 2 small children with me. I can’t imagine trying to navigate this experience had I had to take them inside after all this. Again, I would have left had I not already paid for said coffee. Wild experience, did not appreciate the attitude.
