  I ordered only a bottle of water and it took 8 minutes. I asked them to get me my water, they walked away and didnt get it until I told them again. I was also waiting on another order and only got one of my two drinks when they served the food. So I had to go back up and ask nicely for my other paid drink, which wasn't even being made yet. I can't believe I had to wait over 15 minutes for all of my food and drinks. Even worse I had to beg them to give me my orders. Edit: hash browns were soggy and tasteless and my frappe tasted like straight sweetener. If I drank more I'd feel sick.

  The slowest service I’ve been to, the front is not prioritized the window is their main goal. Been waiting for 20 mins for a meal and had to ask for my cup after waiting so damn long.

  Literally so sick of this place lately. It’s gone to crap with waiting in line 15+ minutes to get your order taken and then another 15+ just to get your food. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤦🏼‍♀️

  I typically don’t frequent McDonalds because they are unhealthy, but I recently had 2 bad experiences just a couple days apart. On February 6th around 8:30 pm I just wanted to order a medium Coke. I get in line and there’s one person ahead of me in both lanes. People had also started to line up behind me about 5-6 vehicles each lane and the person in front of me finally got frustrated and left so it was my turn and I pulled up and complete silence. I gave about 5 minutes of silence and said “Hello? Am I able to order?” Again just met with complete silence. The person in the opposite lane was also asking if they were closed and they left without ordering as well. At this point I’d been in line a good 10-15 minutes without anyone ever saying “we’ll be with you in a moment” or to update customers as to why no one was taking orders or if there was an issue. At this point I called the store to see if they were closed and got no answer, but when I hung up someone finally took my order. I’ve worked in customer service and in my experience it makes a customer less angry if you just openly communicate with them and tell them there’s an issue etc. My second experience happened February 9th, I wanted to get a quick breakfast because I was traveling out of town so I went to this same McDonald’s because it’s close to where I live. I know breakfast ends at 10:30 for them and I got into line at 10:06. There was only one person ahead of me who AGAIN sat in this lane forever because no one spoke to them or took their order, however, someone was taking orders but ONLY from the left lane. I sat in line without my lane moving until 10:37 while 7 people who arrived way after me in the left lane got to order. The man in front of me gave up and I pulled up, someone asks what I want and I very politely said “Would I still be able to get breakfast? I know it’s past the time, but I sat in line for 30 minutes?” and then she said in a very snarky tone “no, you can get breakfast tomorrow though” and I said “someone kept only taking orders from the left lane but okay?” The employee was very rude and said “not my problem” which is crazyyyyy, so needless to say I’ll stick with Wendy’s or any other chain before resorting to this specific McDonald’s.
