- JMJane McDanielNov 15, 20251.0I have gotten steak and cheese subs twice. First time bread was wet and soggy. Second time, bread was hard as it was microwaved because toaster is broken. Workers do not seem to care about service. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway in Middletown Commons instead. The food was good from that one. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Get this man out of manager position he isn’t manager material at all the employees deserve better and so does the store for more Business. Playing nasty vulgar songs as well very unsettling!

I was impressed with her great attitude, while dealing with the stress of waiting on customers by herself. She was very efficient. Highly recommend this store. Thank you.
