- CVC. V.Feb 13, 20263.0I've tried this place a couple times since it's opened, and it's just okay. The food is forgettable, dry and bland. The beer selection is okay, and the service is good enough. I think the main draw to this restaurant is the big TV behind the bar. I don't really have any reason to come back.

Music was still loud a d the other party was obnoxiously loud (not the restaurants fault). It was just overstimulating after being in a loud environment all day. App: brisket nachos. Brisket was very good. The nachos were house made kettle chips. Cole slaw on top. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce Meals: daughter got the salad with steak. Steak was juicy and tender but more medium-well than the requested medium. Husband got the BBQ sampler. He said "it was good but not great". Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, Cole slaw, and corn on the cob. I got the brickside smash burger with onion petals. Burger was juicy but the flavor was off. Not bad but just different. Almost like it had been in the fridge for a few days...still good but needs to be used up. Something I would throw spaghetti sauce on or use in chili just to not waste it. Parking: large lots behind and to the side. Staff: very kind and friendly. Waitress was attentive. Overall, ok but I personally would not return if I had other options. I never complain at restaurants unless it is completely inedible.
