    When I worked for Arby's many years ago, we were expected to get food out to the customer in 90 seconds. Today I waited for 11 minutes. Additionally, I ordered a double beef and cheddar, and I was definitely given a classic. I always order the same thing, I know what it should be. Usually I would call my experience with this Arby's average, but today they failed to live up to even that.

    The Fish Sandwich is incredible. I was not a fan of Arby's until we had their Fish Sandwich last week for the first time.
