  For the second time we've ordered food on the app on our way home to get there and they have a ton of trouble even fiding it. Today we ordered at 4:50 and the app said pick up 5:04 we got there and they had no order. The nice young blonde girl started writing down the order to start on it. Then someone was screaming from out of view just repeatedly saying they cant start the order till it comes through. I showed the proof of order, order time, payment. Everything was visible. They had me pull forward and wait at 5:11 the app sent a notification saying it saw we were there and to click for pick up instructions so I circled around again and asked. I was told they still didnt have the order but to pull forward and they would ask the manager. We pulled forward and waited a while then finally a lady came at around 5:17ish and said they just got the order and are working on it. We finally got our food at almost 5:30 after the app said to be there at 5:04. They need to fix their internet or something because this isnt the first time this has happened. Also I clearly showed you all the proof it was placed and paid so why did I have to sit an extra almost half hour with my baby cryong because they hate being still for too long and I thought it would be a quick pick up since I placed it ahead and the app said it should have been done. Literally crazy. The food always tastes fine though and the younger blond was very nice and tried to help us.

  The new onion burger had little deep fried onion chunks with lettuce and tomato ketchup mericalwhip seeded roll made bun and a side of choice either onion rings or French fries and a drink with option to stop the shrink in for a shake.. only $7.00 meal but the ahake or blizzard did add a little extra, but with my deal of the day I was able to buy another and I spent $14.00 for 2 meals 2 sodas and 2 blizzards all for the same price as the 2 meals all I had to do was make 2 separate orders. I beleive the meal is served for the rest of this month. If you can and enjoy dairyqueen stop in and try it for your self and eat for less than $10.00 you barely can even do that anywhere you eat!   Waited 5 minutes to pick up order while one person was on phone and 2-3 other girls around drive thru. Got border and asked where the blizzard was. Got it. When I got home 5 hotdogs had cheese on them. When ordered on line cheese was marked off. Paid for 3 large onion rings received 3 small. When I called about the manager was rude and said she couldn’t help it if the web showed cheese. The cheese was removed by clicking remove cheese. She said she couldn’t make a deceasion to replace them except by calling district manager but since the web showed cheese she doubted if they would do anything. I’m done with Ellenboro Dairy Queen
