I have never had to wait as long as I waited here for a quarter pounder. It was okay when I got it but fries were cold. Soda is flat too but I’m not saying anything. I want to get home today, and there’s no telling how long it’ll take them to fix the soda fountain. On a positive note the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Charlotte always happens to be there when I stop by and makes my day better. She is always on top of keeping the restaurant clean - I rarely see a crumb. She also always checks on me, whether to ask if I’ve been served yet or to see if I’m comfortable. Charlotte is very kind and provides top-notch customer service. It’s rare to see workers of her quality anymore.
