  I was picking up an order for Uber. The lady at the drive thru said someone already picked up.the order . This employee came out Miranda and understood what the process was . This lady Miranda needs kudos and then some maybe a raise and she can teach everyone the process. Thank you Miranda

  I order inside. My order was lost. and everything was made wrong. Twice. I finally gave up. Smh.

  The people who works there is very nice and everything seems to be clean with some of the new people working there but the atmosphere sometimes is a little shaky due to we had a man come in the store and basically just sit down with us and just start talking to us and wanting money also for food and taking our papers away as we ate our food not trying to call him out of his race but he was a Mexican and it felt very uncomfortable when we was leaving he started doing that to other people taking their trash off of their tables and then another fellow sit down with him and they were just sitting there drinking water from the fountain with their cup did they brought with them

  I've been coming to this location consistently for the past couple years, as it is on my way home. I don't know who the manager is, but having been in restaurant management briefly, them and their team deserve the best. I usually stop by here in the late evenings after work in Charleston, and every single time, without fail, they are kind and always serve with a positive attitude, and the food is fantastic -- consistently. Always taste fresh (for fast food, ya know?), never smushed down like they're taking out their hatred on my quesadilla. This is THE BEST location in the valley and I stand by that 1000%. I'm not sure how they train their staff but it is absolutely working. Best food, Best service, Best staff. 10/10, no notes. You have never let me down lol. Also-- don't let these whiny, negative-Nancys deter you. Its a $3 taco, not a $75 beef wellington.

  Don't ask to add sour cream they give 2 dimes worth . When I confronted them they said that's all the company allows 2 pumps. Well that would be fine if it was 2 full pumps. Instead of 2 little dabs that was the size of a dime. Dunbar wv Taco Bell
