  I'm giving them 3 stars because of the inconsistency, a lot of the times the food is great, but I always feel like I'm taking a gamble because when it's bad it's really bad. The picture I'm posting is several months old and I haven't been back since. I went through the drive-thru the night before and ordered the chil-cheese fries and they had very little chili and they were so cold that the cheese shreds were completely unmelted so I didn't eat them and returned them the the next day and asked them if they would remake them, I went inside this time and also ordered a cheeseburger that was pretty good, however, to my unpleasant surprise was the same girl o er there that had made my cold chili-less cheese fries the the night before and as she gave me a filthy look she made these slimy chili-full fries. I haven't been back yet because I'm waiting for her to quit or get fired, and sadly this is not the first time I've had to do this. I worked in the food service industry for years. McDonald's was my first job, I went and got the job on my 16th birthday and worked there until I graduated highschool and started college and then I started waiting tables for 12 years, (couldn't pay for college anymore, so unfortunately that didn't work out 😥). But my point is I'm always courteous and polite, I never act angry or anything like that, I just act disappointed, because I do know what they're job is like, however, my rule during those combined 15 years of foodservice was to never serve anything I wouldn't want to eat myself, and I didn't (I sure made some cooks mad occasionally but oh well, if it's not fit to eat then I'm not serving it). So in conclusion, I just expect the same thing. I just hope that Wendy's is working on they're quality control because even fast food is expensive now and it should be good, and if they don't want you coming there at 12:30 am then don't stay open until 1:00 am. Thank you to all of the people that do care and put pride in your job though! My dad always said "It doesn't matter if you're only a street sweeper, be the best street sweeper there ever was." I'm not exactly sure what a street sweeper was in the 70's but I got the point, lol.

  This Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’ll go to a different franchise next time. If I could give ZERO stars for customer service I would!

  So I’m the government is shut down I go and spend $30 through the drive-through at this Wendy’s I get chicken tenders where two sauces are supposed to come with the Milan. I just request for my two sausage and then I asked for an extra soft for a fries one another meal and then Lady is determined to let me know how sauces are extra extra in this economy of a government shutdown that I just spent $30 dollars with them when I call to say I don’t appreciate being so put out there of how fast are extra. The lady does no resolve a solution and then also goes to hang up on me actually they didn’t even wanna give me their name. I’m pretty sure they lied but it’s OK. I will be talking to a corporate. It’s supposed to be the GM Ashley 🙃 and Ciara the manager so yes thank you
