They always mess up my order. Only putting 3 sauces in a bag for 40 nuggets when I even payed for extra, is ridiculous!!!

Went thru drive thru and paid extra for chicken with my hotcakes meal and did not receive it so I called and got a replacement order once I pulled back up for replacement order I was informed “Mikey” didn’t remember me calling so they could no longer replace my order nor did I receive my money back. I told him how could I just know who you are and what your name is and his response was that “everyone knows him” so unprofessional! I wouldn’t just know who the heck Mikey is if I didn’t call! Very upsetting and very rude and unprofessional

The amount of times I have been in this McDonald and they forgot either all of my dipping sauce or most of my food is to many to count.
Placed an order through the gap tonight went and picked it up asked if my sauces were in there they weren’t they had to give me sauces. Got home to see that all of my burgers were missing so I had to call them. Come back out to get it the woman in the drive-through was very rude asking me who I talked to like I was gonna ask on the phone for the person‘s name when she just told me to come get my food. I get there wait to go through the whole line to get my cheeseburgers that they missed and get stared at through the window while I’m waiting on her to handle my burgers and she’s just passing the bag of somebody else to come bring them to me.

Had a very unpleasant experience at McDonald’s. While asking us a question, one of the employees literally dug his hand into the fry container, which was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. The service was also very slow—I waited about 10 minutes just for one drink. We even went inside thinking it would be quicker, but that wasn’t the case at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
