- SSSARAHNov 1, 20252.0I used to eat at Domino's at least once a week that was years ago now I barely eat it at all. I used to call in my order, never a problem. Last year I tried to call and nobody ever answered so I just never went back. The other day I wanted something close to the house so I went there. When I walked in I stood there for 5 minutes the workers knowing I was there didn't care the phone was ringing ringing ringing and nobody answered. One of the guys was sweeping the floor and he told the female worker there that she had a customer, she said literally said, "they'll keep calling, they'll call back". So I ring the bell again, wait another few minutes. And finally I could pick up my order. She also claimed she couldn't hear me, that's fine, she could have said that to my face and asked me to repeat myself, she didn't. She told her co-workers after walking off from me, "I don't know, I couldn't hear what she said"... It's very sad to see younger generations working these days because they really don't care how they treat customers and they really don't care to get anything wrong or right.

We only hope when we get home our local one is even half this good. Tha staff was amazing and friendly. The place was very clean and the prices were great. Try it if your in the area or staying at Glade Springs Resort. They could literally move this Domino's to the resort and it would improve the resort.
