Spent 20 minutes in drive thru just to forget 2 cheeseburgers and when mentioned about missing to burgers 1 burger was smashed. Worst experience from that restaurant for 20$

Waited over 20 minutes. Didn’t even get everything. Had to ask for two missing burgers and another drink. The I assume manager, didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Once we got the other two burgers. One looked like someone had purposely smashed it. Went back in and got it remade. The girl at the register seemed to be annoyed about me coming in. Go to another one. No one here should be in customer service.

After a long drive we were hoping for a table, food, and a restroom. People were sitting at tables but they locked the doors. Diningroom closed. Get in the car, go through drive thru, travel further to find a restroom. This is happening too often lately. FYI heavy construction in this area. Nice drivers permit you to turn in and out. Eat somewhere else.

This place is wild. I've attempted to go here a few times and it's always the same, extremely slow and bad service. I honestly feel like I'm on a hidden camera show being pranked while simply trying to order a cheeseburger in the drive through. After repeating my simple order 5 times and they still asked what I wanted, then they asked me to wait. 5-6 minutes later after hearing nothing back I just left and went down the street to another fast food place. It wasn't busy, it was about 9pm on a Friday 1 car in the drive through ahead of me, no one in the dining room.
