  They literally NOT ONCE in 10 years of going to this restaurant have they given me all the food I ordered on the first try. How hard is it to look at a list and compare it to what you have in front of you. I genuinely don't know how they could consistently train new people to be this incompetent. I even make it easy for them and put it all into a mobile order so they don't even have to use their ears. But no EVERY SINGLE TIME I get home and I have 40% of my order. I keep giving them another chance cause they are one of the few fast food options around here but never again.

  I normally drive past two other Arby's to get to this one because the quality of their food is always better. Plus they always had the 4 for 10 roast beefs until recently. Showed up today expecting to place my normal order and they had removed the 4 for 10 deal unfortunately. So now there's no reason for me to drive the distance since they don't offer the deal anymore. I was told by the manager the reason they removed the deal is because they started offering the two for seven fish sandwiches again. Why not offer both. So unfortunately I will probably not return until they offer the 4 for 10 deal again.
