  Kiosks are terrible kinda confusing, nobody greets you. Food was cold had to keep coming back to the counter and catch someone’s attention for things because no one stays in the front. ( I made a mistake on the kiosk and wanted to ask for help but nobody was there so just asked later … staff was friendly but even if it’s fast food someone should stay in the front … anyway for that improves I’ll use the drive through from now on instead of going inside

  Food came out fast eventho they were busy and my order was large. Everything I ordeed was in the bag. Friendly employees!

  The employees here do not listen well. I told them twice, hold the sour cream. When I got my food, took a bite there was sour cream. I reviewed the receipt, they also charged me for it! Never again. This is the 3rd this has happened but the first time I actually got charged for something I didn't want anyways.

  I ordered a crunch wrap without tomatoes, they got that part right atleast but there barely anything in it is flat with a small amount of meat and fillings, i also got a nachos and cheese taco that was crushed when i unwrapped it with more lettuce than meat on it. Yall need to be more generous again with the meat, youre slacking again and i know the company got reprimanded last time you guys slacked off on the meat in the tacos. Definitely has gone down hill the last few years. I dont ever give bad reviews for taco bell, taco bell had been my favorite since the 90s, but tonight i was just disappointed.
